Born and raised in St. Louis, Dr. JC graduated from Christian Brothers College (CBC) High School in St. Louis, Missouri. He knows what it's like to live with pain that nobody can fix, because dealing with a bad back for years is exactly what led him to become a chiropractor. That personal experience drives everything he does. Trained in active muscle release and Graston Technique, he combines hands-on skill with a genuine, no-rush approach that puts patients at ease from the first visit.
Dr. JC doesn't use a one-size-fits-all plan. He listens to what is limiting you, performs an examination, explains the working diagnosis, and discusses reasonable options and limitations before treatment begins.
Outside the office, you'll probably find him at a practice or game, cheering on his two favorite athletes: his two sons.
